From the beginning, J.E.F. Fabrication has had a passion for helping customers turn their ideas into reality using cutting edge technology and design and over 100 years of combined experience. We specialize in custom molding equipment, hydraulic equipment and assistance with repair of difficult-to-find items. We utilize 3D modeling software to help visualize how your project will look and fit together in the real world as well as ensure tolerance and reduce error by CNC design.

We can help assist in material selection for equipment designs that include steel, stainless steel and aluminum. We also offer various finishes including wet paint, powder coating or hot dip galvanizing. We can also assist with hydraulic and pneumatic design considerations and provide machining of parts and component assembly.

Fabrication Capabilities include:

• CNC plate cutting High Def- Plasma with beveling and marking up 8’x20 up 2” thick
• CNC plate cutting Standard Def plasma up to 1 1 /2” thick
• CNC band saw for tube beam cutting up to 16”x 20”
• 400 ton 12’ brake press for bending plate
• Plate roll with capacity of ⅝” thick x 6’ wide
• Section roller with capacity of up to 4” x 4” square tube and 4” pipe
• Welding equipment including Stick, MIG and TIG
• Shop with overhead cranes and forklift for material handling
